⠀ ⠀ ⟡ Secret Attic PH accepts cancellation of orders as long as there are sufficient reasons. To ensure customers stay responsible for every order made, a cancellation fee of half (50%) the total order price will be atoned. Late payers and other offenders will be recorded and labeled as joy reserver or bogus buyers.
⠀ ⠀ ⟡ The proof of payment must be attached to Secret Attic PH’s official website. By submitting an order, payment deadline must be complied to make things easier for both parties. The item you ordered will not be shipped out without completion of payment. A penalty of PHP 20 will be given every succeeding days after the payment deadline.
⠀ ⠀ ⟡ We do not shipout damaged products, all products is deemed to be in good condition upon ship-out. For defects and other concerns, the shop only accepts clear unboxing videos of the packages for consideration of a refund/return.
⠀ ⠀ ⟡ Once orders are shipped out, they are now under the responsibility of the courier. Secret Attic PH will not be held liable for any defects, delays, and other problems caused by the courier. Hence, we will still do our part and ensure that all packages are secured and packed properly.
